1. Operator
Holly's FlowerGarden is operated by TechThomas, Netherlands. Questions: dynamicbuildmachine@gmail.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. EU/Dutch mandatory consumer protections apply in full and are not waived by these Terms.
2. Service
Holly's FlowerGarden is a free web application for exploring and logging flowers and plants from around the world. It is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law.
3. Acceptable use
- Use Holly's FlowerGarden only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
- User-submitted flower data must be accurate and must not infringe third-party rights.
4. User-submitted content
When you submit a flower for review, you grant TechThomas a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and include that data in the public Holly's FlowerGarden database. You retain ownership of your submissions.
5. Accounts
Accounts are optional. You may delete your local data at any time via the Privacy page. To delete your cloud account, email us.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Dutch/EU law, TechThomas is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance. We will update the "Last updated" date.
